WTB 1970 Plymouth Roadrunner Convrtible duchman panel

Hello I need help find a part for my father's 1970 plymouth Roadrunner Convertible. Right between the trunk and the rear of the convertible top is a panel and I think it's called the duchman panel maybe? If I got the name wrong my sorry. But it is all rotted out and we need to replace it. Does anyone know who might have a part like that by any chance? If anyone does please tell me!

How bad is it? Might be getting one soon, but almost any one you find will need fab work. Will let you know if the one I’m getting is decent

Where the rear trim goes it's completely rotted. It is repairable but I just want to see if someone has one that isn't that they are selling.
