Well after the first shoulder and bicep surgery i get to go back to have my bicep pulled back up again dammit i may or may not of been working on my car a little to early 
Well back to surgery tomorrow

Ouch. Sorry to hear that. Hope it goes well and let yourself heal. I know I have had to learn (the hard way) that my body doesn't heal as well as it used to...

Doctors often give good advice on rehabbing - it might be a good idea to listen to them. THat kind of surgery takes a long, careful period of rehab. Good luck this time around.

Good luck . I know how it is . I still have a month before I'm released to do minor work it's killing me . Just do what the doc says that's why he has all that money he is smart
