A for sale thread got me thinking... So spill the beans; post up what ya got on these hen's teeth. I'll throw a couple pics up to get it started.
'64 thing. not sure any production car came with them. think they were more of a nascar manifold and I believe the inner fender panel on the passenger side needs to be altered to use them.
you are correct the inner fender is different but only on the pass side here's a 64 dodge that's all original sheet metal notice the flat on the inner fender back by the firewall where theres a psi reg bracket mounted'64 thing. not sure any production car came with them. think they were more of a nascar manifold and I believe the inner fender panel on the passenger side needs to be altered to use them.
that would be Al's car which is very nice correct car, notice the two grounding straps. I believe he bought from some guy on the east coast years ago that was very big into max wedge reproduction parts, for you guys that do Carlisle Al is usually set up by the grandstand & has a set or maybe a single for sale along with a few other rare items stop by & see him very nice guy.
very nice original rarer than hens teeth parts..including that oil pan...heavier than all heck too..but Chrysler was very determined to kick every ones ***.....and hooker headers answer to that was the #5319 partial fender well headers...my pic shows a set of NOS coated units..extinct as wellA for sale thread got me thinking...
