vacuum heater switch

Aye All Mopar Poor here been working on a 64 Plymouth Sport Fury. The latest challenge is the vacuum control switch (the one the push buttons work) has 4 of the 7 vacuum ports broken off. Has anyone repaired these or know of anyone who might have a replacement Stock Part number is 2256681

I have used a drill to take the plastic pins off the back and tapped screws into the housing to reinstall that back. This gives you access to the guts.
For the vacuum ports, I've put rivets on with epoxy.

I was informed by another person on the forum that I was missing a number on the parts number. He was correct the part number should be 2256681
