Lets see all the "YELLOW" 66-70 Mopar B-bodys out there!!

Damn mine was yellow nice cars guys
Sure are a lot of different Yellows!

Bought from Fast Lane to replace the one I sold in 72 when I went to college
Fast Lane in St. Charles MO is where I bought my Roadrunner from. She's not perfect, but she's a real V-code, not #s matching, but that's fine with me. I usually win a "Top __" (5-25-40) when I show her, but I am not building her into a "Best B-Body" or "Best of Show" car. I have seen the "Best of" cars, and that's not what I am looking for. I have made some engine mods, have the Passon a855 5 speed, etc. I hope to have TrickFlow 240s soon, and a stroker built as soon as I can afford the build. Love to cruise and the occasional rips down the 1320.
It was great seeing this thread pop up again. I had my car a little less than a year when I posted back in January of 2015.
Here's 2 pix from Mopars at the Battleship, and I'm going to the Moparty Picnic in Chattanooga this Friday and Saturday.

From this morning's Cars-n-Coffee, my '66 (it's also on the first page of the thread):

The last picture I took before I put her away. Funny because it was the middle of April.
Need to do some adjustment up front, after 14 years w/o an engine, even squeezing a 440 between the fenders didn't bring it back down. I have a set of rebuilt UCAs and I will rebuild the existing LCAs.
In July she'll be ready to drive I hope.
66-70 B-bodys are the only cars that look good in yellow.

Looks like the 17" Magnum wheels, same size and offset as my 17" Ralleys. I have 9s in the rear, 8s in the front. What did you get brother?

They're 8" all around.
Not much variety in "17 for Redline tires.
They cost more than the wheels.

I didn't notice the redline tires in the other pic, thanks. They look GREAT, but man-that is dedication on your part to the redline look given the cost. My goal was fidelity to the Rallye wheel look with TRACTION as the priority. Once the Rallye design gets "stretched" beyond 17" they don't "look right" IMO.

I don't like anything bigger than "17, they look like tuner cars or gang bangers when you go larger.
The car is going to have a slight taste of red in certain places. The redlines tires, match the grills, which will match the tail panel when I'm done.

I also have several different 440 badges, I may pick a set and outline in the same red and mount on the hood scoops.

The tail panel will be a PIA,

Here is mine; 1967 Coronet R/T in Daffodil Yellow.

I just went through the local Tim Horton's coffee shop drive-thru. The young girl at the window commented on the pretty colour of my R/T. She said it looked so "summery". I agreed and thanked her.
