The plan.
Weld all drain plugs shut.
Weld in US car tool frame connectors after making pass through for brake cable.
Patch rockers and inner structure where needed.
DP epoxy and paint as much as possible. This will keep the car from rusting and make many things that need correcting visible.
Many people will think its a waste of paint, but an old body man once taught me the best primer is a good paint job.
Mount doors.
Weld tail panel and cross member.
Weld trunk gutters.
These pieces I have confidence I can alighn correctly using the old panels I have kept as templets.
Trial fit all rear metal. Begin welding in place.
Address A pillar, and cowl.
Address rad support.
Stitch weld along inner fenders.
Make mistakes, fix mistakes.
Decide where to go at that point.
