i am generally over in the ‘73 forum but thought I would share a couple of pics with y’all folks here in the ‘70 forum. A while back a coworker of mine told me about a hot MOPAR he once had back in the day. He dropped by yesterday with some old photos of the car. I asked...I know those aren’t show trophies on the hood?? He smiled real wide and said...Won them drag racing! Too cool not to share.

I know it’s a long shot but if anyone knows where this car might be today, he would love to be reunited with it. Car was sold new in Alabama.

He was back in my office, and I found the car was purchased new in ST. LOUIS, and owned until 1974 when it was sold. Thank you OPEC! A few specifics he shared about his 1970 Charger R/T: 440, auto, buckets, console, power brakes and steering, exterior was cream and interior was black. He mentioned the car had an unusual vinyl top, it was alligator grain. I know it a looong shot, but maybe someone in the St. Louis area knows of this car? He would love to see it again.

Maybe not that far back but here is my current red 70 R/T S.E. when I was racing it at our High School Nationals back in 88/89 or so. Also my old pro street/strip 69 Charger from back in the same era.

That 70 Charger R / T in the first post loks like the same car that a previous owner of my Daytona stock car cut up to build the car.
