A million one will get about 1400 square in Willow Glen. 95125. Then you can almost touch the house full of knuckleheads next door when you lean out the window. Nuts.

in 2015, we bought a fixer upper in the next zip code over for 77.5K.

Today prices in that neighborhood for the same sq/ft are in the 140 to 150 range!!!

...and that's 1150 sq ft!

Look at where it's happening, and that will explain it! You just gotta be on drugs to pay that amount for a pill box on a fault line!

Saw the title....though "Must be Commiefornia" .....yup.

We’re working in an apartment building in Chicago’s west loop. 960sq ft apartments $3,800 a month

I have a 1600 sq ft 4 bedroom 2 full bath house with a detached garage on top of a hill with woods on 3 sides of it and here in West Virginia I can sell it to you for 200k. People are crazy if they are paying that, I don't care where it is

My hometown. And I have no desire to live there either.
you wouldn't believe the west loop transformation. just about all the meat packers are gone from fulton and lake. and about the same, for the fruit, vegetable, and kitchen suppliers on randolph. stop signs are on just about every corner.
lotsa restaurants and residential now

How is the parking for street campers that want to "move on up"?

Really? well, how ya do!
oughta have a meet sometime. i toil downtown across the river
Ya Definitely should. just for clarification I don’t live there just work there. I ditched Illinois for Indiana 4 years ago

I thought I would look in tulsa county for a million dollar home and this is the first one to pop up.
