Now that's a beauty! The modernized version of the old Army M14 from the Springfield Armory, 7.62mm round, rugged as hell, and a beautiful rifle with the walnut stock. Too bad the Army dropped the M14 for the M16 in the 1960s. There was never a finer, modern combat rifle than the M14, not even the M1 Garand or 1903 Springfield, and certainly not the M16 or its follow-on the M4.

When I got done years ago, I gave my 3 weapons to guys that were still working. So I ended up with a bunch of handguns but i located a cache of 223 with nothing left to shoot it. So, I went out and bought a Bushmaster..

I’ve already changed the optics, charge handle, trigger group and a few other little mods that I like.

for 911 response,that's if you can get to the phone quick enough.
