Who makes this brake booster system

I just bought a 69 Coronet a few weeks ago and immediately replaced the front drums with a wilwood disc setup that works very well, but the pedal force is a bit much for my wife.

Can anyone here tell me who makes this brake booster and linkage system?
And is it possible to remove the valve cover with this system in place?

i'm a shop , so i can buy direct. you can look ups the part number there and get through summit or jegs...
