69 RR Speedo

I am looking at a 1970 Dodge Dart, which is of course an A body. The speedo looks exactly the same as my 69 Roadrunner speedometer and instrument cluster. What is this what Chrysler did back in the day? Did the leftover Roadrunner speedometers for 1969 go in to the 1970 Dodge Dart? Just curious about this, had never noticed this before. Any knowledge or experience out there?

Is the A Body cluster narrower? In what way are they different? They look exactly the same from the pictures. I'm talking about the 70 Dart. I know on 73 they are different. More like a square than a rectangle.
