Does anyone sell just the curl piece at the back end of the drip rail?

Just remember Plymouth and Dodge are different lengths....

the first time I removed drip rail trim, the whole thing was curley!
OMG! I sooo laughed at your comment!

I am reviewing posts - first, before I waste someones time answering my question that might be already be asked and answered somewhere on here already.

But when I saw your comment I just could not resist making a reply - was sooo darn funny because I DO NOT want my first attempt to be all curly either lol.

So - since your first attempt - ( I don't wanna do it like your first attempt lol) what have you learned about removing any and all trim from a car

I will be removing all the trim from my 68 Satellite 4dr and don't wanna ruin it by my own stupidity. I do not have or want to purchase any specialty tools if don't have to.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

They're not expensive so why chance it...Much easier to avoid damage if you have the tool(s)..here's a set just for example:

Oh, you could do it with a butterknife if you had to...but yeah for 20 bucks better safe than sorry!

I believe there is a thread on here where several guys chimed in on how they did it....

I use a can opener on mine worked like a charm. Use the one with the rounded end not the pointed one
