I enjoy a occasional expresso with Sambuca, but also a good cup of coffee, always black of course. Ive tried brewing several ways and recently my wife bought me a french press which I'm told is the best way to make coffee.
My next thing might be to grind my own beans, but my qusestion is what brand coffee is your favorite....Thanks

I would avoid the mass produced ones. Starbucks is terrible for example. If you can find a local rostery, then you should find a good bean. Buying a grinder is an essential item if you are going to enjoy a good coffee at home.

Cold brew is a good home one. When it is done it is not bitter and doesn't have the acid that tears up the stomach.

I used to get these a lot....going back a few years.

I like buying from local roasters, but our backup go-to that you can buy anywhere is regular ol' Dunkin' Donuts. Of course our Kona and other Hawaii members have everybody beat....mmmm Kona peaberry best in the world..

My brother buys this one...

I was also recently given a bag of German coffee, called 'Dallmayr' something or other... I believe you can get it online it was very smooth

If you get a grinder, I would make sure you get one that you can control the fineness of the grind... You want to be able to go super fine for espresso, but a coarse grind is better for your press

Add a pinch of salt to the water removes some the bitterness. Best coffee I've a place on Route 101 near Clearwater Wa. Don't drink coffee at lunch on drive-cations had 3 cups it was so good. Wish I asked brand and how they made it. Don't let water get over 204 degrees.

The ones they sell at the local Cost U Less here
Full beans, I always grind my own

Dark/French roast this time

I don't care for their French Roast, but this is good.
House Blend.
What I get.

Whole foods has a good selection catch them early in morining when they put out more. You can get them at fairway after they have been freshly roasted. I french press and espresso with manual machine. Two different tastes. Go to coffe geek and read some articles.

Black rifle,Dunkin’; but the best is definitely Kona from my favorite place on earth!
