Something Big...

I would love to be able to afford a new truck, but to replace what I have now, would probably be around $70 grand plus tax....payments around $1200-1500 a month...NO THANKS!!! My current rig is a 1998 Dodge extend cab 4x4 with a 12v diesel and auto, 3.55 gears with a sure-grip, fully loaded with all the bells and whistles except for leather. It is old, has some rust, leaks a bit of oil.....but has been pretty damn dependable for the age and km's. 244 plus km's on it now (155k miles) which is pretty low for a '98 12v....routine maintenance, mostly stock with a modified fuel plate, 4k springs for the intake (will easily rev past 2 grand...much better than stock!!), and a 4 inch straight pipe exhaust with no cat or muffler....loud as ****, but she does the job....and really...if I had the cash to throw towards a new one, I could take half of that and fix mine up and still be ahead! :canada:

The 12v is still one of the best cummins ever. Still not controlled by a computer and can mod the hell out if it, parts everywhere... If I build another truck or jeep that is what I am putting into it.

I love the classic Mopar in the burnout video, and the elephant in the background!
