OMG do watch this.....This is the greatest classic car barn find known to man

A lot of those cars could be restored in the right hands......

ALL of those cars could be restored!

MANY of those cars could be "cleaned up" and be sold at record auction sale prices!

I know of 3 all Mopar places as this.....just boggles my mind why someone has so many cars just sitting.....

Then there are the ones you ask to buy one out of their hundred or more cars. Then they say, “no, one day I’m going to restore that”.....and they never do......

Btw in the guys hoard above many don’t need to be restored...did you not see the same video? Hence as I said a lot could be......

It's not a "barn find" when the guy has collected them and everybody knows about them. The guy was fortunate to be able to collect and preserve what he appreciated. For you guys that knock this as "hoarding", it isn't the same to have them kept and protected. Not like the others that let them sink into the ground and rot away. This guy started when the cars were not all that valuable. Kind of like somebody collecting ricer cars would be now......
Or, think about the people that have large collections of old guns. Do you consider them as "hoarders"?

I've got more cars than I can drive at one time anyway.
I don't need anymore.
The word museum comes to mind.

Did you notice when the wife pointed out they had 100’s in the woods? A few they showed rotting away.....

Sure kudos to him some are preserved....that’s great.....he bought them and it’s his property...

Kinda like our opinions......some like them and some don’t....

For example the white super bird the orange super bee, the Daytona, etc etc, but I think this guy is a hoarder, just buy the cars because he can, a "brand new" corvette with 9 miles, he buy the car, drive home, and never move the car again, that's hoarding. :realcrazy:

Some folks have the access to the right items.. from the good areas. Cool Cars..

My 2 older brothers are that way. They have cars that have been sitting for anywhere from 20-40 years.I don't get it.
One has passed and it took months to sell off everything. These are photos of his LS6 450 horse 4 speed 4.10 geared Chevelle.
Last on the road in 1976. Getting hauled away.

As I commented on YT, I just appreciate the family being willing to let Tom and crew in to film
all these amazing cars - as well as what had to be a very long day of filming on the crews' part.
God bless 'em all.
Chances are the public might otherwise have never seen these cars.

You know, it strikes me funny, the attitudes of some folks...
When we see someone taking a "pedigree" car and customizing them away from stock, some will
raise hell at such "blasphemy" - but others will quickly come to said blasphemers' defense, crying
out "it's their car, they can do what they want with it!"
Well....
Aren't all these cars the Eubanks' as well?
These cars were collected, worked on, cared for by them - so would that same principle not apply?

I can watch such an amazing video with the same envy and appreciation as anyone else.
I'm trying to teach myself not to judge when someone like these nice folks "hoard", too.
After all:
"It's their cars, they can do what they want with them".

so,did anyone catch the story on the daytona?
was he saying that was chryslers Test mule?
where he was talking about the different sized wings?

helluva video and ty for sharing it Rakort

anyone else wince a Lot when they panned across the 100 cars out in the woods?

I wonder what business the owner was in, or independently wealthy?

Just watched a second time, Billy mentioned he worked at a Chevrolet dealership at one time, but still ...

Why do people hoard this stuff?
I'll never understand it.
What is wrong with collecting what you like? Why is it considered hoarding? Is it jealousy? His money and his stuff. Why the label?

Love the video! Thanks.

All I can say is OMG. What a collection of cars. 3 wing cars, stutz, vette with only 9 miles!, Lincolns, movie car from the God Father etc etc etc. As stated in an above post, the one Superbird may be the rarest of all that was used for testing with the different sized wings. I probably would have started crying when seeing all of the toys he has because I would be leaving knowing he is not selling none of them. Thanks for the vid, it was fun to watch.

i think its considered hoarding if you buy the stuff and never do anything with it,
like the cars in the woods that are shown.
thats a huge waste and what i would consider to be a prime example of hoarding.
nobodys getting any use out of them and they will rot away for no good reason whatsoever.

on the other hand, from what i understood,
a lot of the cars inside were actually restored and driven by the owner at some point.
what an awesome collection hes managed to accumulate,
i saw cars id love to have, even the obscure ones.
absolutely loved the stories told in the vid as well.
