1971 RR 383 4-speed.What carb did it come with from the factory? I can’t find it on the charts.

Holley carb R4667 Auto or Manual or Holley R4734 Auto or Manual w/ Fresh Air
From Internet...

I was still looking lol... Just got a list of Holleys too.

I think those are auto carb numbers bpbp check them
R6191 non grabber 4 speed
R6193 grabber 4 speed
the 6193 is extremely hard to find and costly when you do
took me 3 years to find one

also That R4667 was either never built or all the manufactured ones, once built were all destroyed. They do not exist

Never looked into 4 speed carbs as mine were both Autos. Got a date coded 72 440 N-96 Holley Carb for my 72 RR/GTX. Anyway I know the 4137 is correct for Auto/Air Grabber for sure as I have a low mileage N-96 carb from a 71 383 Hp Air grabber someone modded a bit... I got a standard 71 holley to convert back the mods...
I guess the book could be wrong too..

you have a 6152 ? or 51 (IIRC)
that might be harder to find then a 6193!
I know someone who would pay a hefty finders fee for one and
he has been looking for 8 -10 years for a 19k orig car

some of those numbers in the book are off.
as I said the R4667 does not exist
POPS
do you have the sheet???
on the buildsheet
the last 2 numbers of the carb list are written into the carb box on the sheet..

LOL. That is funny probably a typo. It came from a 71 383 Auto N-96 car that was parted awhile ago. While modded it was built 202nd day of 1970....

If I wasn't so tired today I'd go down to the garage and get the #'s off mine.
Ron

I have these two on the shelf and a NOS 6193 in a box somewhere

So is the 4749-3 a suitable replacement? Just looking for a close replacement for my auto AVS.

OK my 71 383 4 speed w/Ram Charger carburetor: 6193
