I did not want to sell the car, but I was moving from Oregon to Arizona and did not have a place to keep the car. This was just over 2 years ago. Please let me know if you know who owns this car now.
View attachment 346471 My 1967 GTX clone was sold in New South Wales I believe. If I can find the owner, I have a bunch of pics of the restoration that I would give to the new owner.

Unfortunately, I do not know the town, just the state or province NSW.What city or town did it go to??
Hey, since it was a clone, I figured I would paint it one of my favorite Mopar high impact colors. No offense taken if you do not like the combo.Personally, I love the car & I love the color, just not together. Good luck finding the new owner.
Sorry haven't seen it either. If you are still looking for it around Feb or March next year, I'd suggest posting this again at that time. There's a big Mopar show in NSW called Chryslers On The Murray, where a lot of people and cars turn up. Depending on where in NSW he hails from, he could be there. You never know. I missed it this year but normally go, as do a lot of other Mopar lovers in Oz, some are probably on this site as well. Good luck.![]()

I happened to be looking through some old posts and I saw this one. This is my old car!!! I will contact them and see if they still have info on the new owner. Thanks! I have a ton of restoration pics and receipts I would like to give the new owner.Hi, if this car is a 440/ 4sp I think it was sold through Gold Coast Muscle Cars. I saw it in there showroom. They should know where the new owner lives...

Nothing so far in terms of a reply, but we will wait and see what happens. I know if it was me, I would want all the historical information that I have to give the new owner, I have hundreds of pics and receipts . Here are a few pics of the car before it was completed. That's definitely the car - I nearly bought it from Gold Coast Muscle Cars in December 2014. It was advertised for about $37k AUD and I watched the price come down slowly - we ended up at $32k and I was set to buy it, before my missus reminded me I was meant to be buying a car that needed restoring as a project for me and the kids. I went on a test drive with Jim, the car drove nice but had a vibration in the driveline that he was trying to locate. He'd had the propshaft rebalanced but it was still there. That issue formed part of the negotiation on the price, and finding it was going to be enough "project" for me, but the wife was having none of it. It had been for sale for a while, he thought the lack of flashy wheels was putting people off but I loved it.
I'm sure he'll be in touch soon - he was a really nice guy.
