Those particular ones are Grey Pneumatic. See them on Amazon, Ebay ect. $150 for the set. I don't know how good they are. I bought a set of MACs 20 plus years ago and have never broke one yet.
I have those Grey Pneumatic swivel sockets and I couldn't be happier. I bought them as a back-up to my old snap-on sets and I actually like them better.
 
In this case it looks like 14mm + a dime so who knows what size the bolt is.

I like that question. -"Bolt size" is typically about the thread size. -The bolt head size can vary.:)
Also, the wrench to bolt- head size clearance- can vary with generous tolerance used in making wrenches. And bolt heads do not keep their crisp size and shape until one needs it the most.:p

So--here comes the "adjustable wrench". The wrench that has seen much hate posted about it but still fills the bill.

Oh, I know about head sizes. On the railroad, a typical 5/8 bolt used a 15/16 wrench. But sometimes when taking apart an old freight car we'd have to go looking for a 1" wrench for the same threads. It was more fun when the nut was one size and the bolt head another.
