It's supposed to snow Thursday then the temperature keeps dropping to 9 degrees by Friday morning. That seems a little early to me.

we got snow at above 8,000 ft a couple times already

lower elevations, foothills & tree-line, still a month away
hopefully

Been great in the Dairyland state; couple bud's and I took our cars out for a nice run yesterday. Ahh...come this Saturday forecast a high of 39 and wet! Time to envy the guys in the warmer climates...

I put my car in hibernation today

Weather looks great until Friday , and then like you said

Wettest year on record , feel like I barely drove my car this summer

I cant wait for the stuff! Should get the sled ready. Love fishing and hunting when snow on the ground, then ice fishing. Anything over 75 I'm in the ac like a hermit.
Had to disagree with you Ron, it's about my favorite time of year. Go Bucky!

Nope, dirt bike riding in Utah right now.

I also love the snow! Everything about it snowmobile, hunting, hell I even like the snowblower

I've lived in Alaska for six years, I spent a winter in Chicago... I choose to live where snow doesn't exist...

Hello from Manitoba Canada where the temperature today was 18 degrees celcius (66 roughly Fahrenheit) nice and sunny too, and tomorrow Tuesday the 8th of October the temperature is supposed to climb even higher than today! But then according to the weather network the rest of the week is supposed to be highs of only 2/4 degrees with wet snow and rain/sleet! it sucks as far as im concerned. Luckily today l was off work and managed to get my car out for one last spin before it goes into heated storage for the winter months. Roll on spring time :canada:

I certainly frikin hope not!

What, you mean it snows more the further north you live? I'll be damned...
I've seen my share of frozen death from above. If I never see it in person again in my life,
that'd be just fine.

Rain.

After almost 3 weeks of virtually none.

...and most of the humidity is back.

89% today, glad it's not mid 90% lake 3 weeks ago.
But for the past 3 weeks it's been between 65 and 80%.

That 10% between 85% and 95% is really rough and you can feel every percentage point.

Forecast all week is 85/75 and 60% rain
