Shouldn't you have at least 1 exit since you have 3 entrances.....:D:drinks:....nice setup RC

Nice room to breath a little.

Make sure they put the water too it heavy while compacting. 20 years later I'm fighting broken / sunken floors in both the hangar and the shop.

After 300+ yards of fill & 40+ yards of concrete (today), the floor was poured this morning. Once it's set up, they'll burnish it this afternoon.

I have a fire hydrant right across the street and I was hoping that they'd burn it down. Unfortunately, due to liability, they can't do controlled house burns any longer. Too bad because scooping ashes out of the foundation hole would have been a lot cheaper than the 7 40-yard dumpsters they loaded it all into.
I guess I'm late to this thread. Nice to let them use it, RC - thanks for that. As a volunteer firefighter for the past 28 years, I know it's been getting harder and harder to find real buildings to train with. There's nothing like the real thing for training. We can still burn them down, here, but they have to have an asbestos inspection and mitigation if any is found. Plus they have to have the shingles removed if they're asphalt. This has essentially put an end to live burns. It's a shame, because as a young firefighter, going into a controlled, live burn is the best training for the real thing.

I could have framed that in 3 days by myself because I am a baller, a shot caller, I earn my dollar and make chicks holler.

50' x46' is a great size, deep enough to get two cars deep, wide enough to get 3 cars wide and still have 12' foot or so for a "dirty side" separated by a partition wall that's how i did mine . Having a storage side or "dirty side" works well ,you can put shelves up, put your compressor on that side ect. I should have made my barn 2' smaller ,said no one.
