I can understand a foreigner having a difficult time with this language but for an American that grew up here, FREE education and all, I find it sad.
Sure, English is full of odd contradictions and strange ways of spelling but basic grade school language skills explain most of it.
Neighbor could have been spelled Naybor.

I had to go back and EDIT this...I wrote ADD contradictions instead of ODD.
Yeah, I know...How ironic!
