Mail is at a snails pace FYI... I express posted a package almost a month ago and buyer just got it yesterday. Seems they are quarantining mail. My package sat in Chicago for 15 days before moving again.

That is why I commented.. so your buyer doesn't get ansy! They are quarantining mail and he's only been waiting 12 days. Suspect he has at least 2 weeks more before he'll see the package.
