Where ya going for a haircut?

My wife used to cut mine but wasn't that good at it but the one I got before the virus crap started really did a hack job. I'm learning how to trim it myself and like somebody already said, probably can't make it look much worse.

Gonna wear it like it’s 1969. Told wife working on a man bun.
NOOOOOOOOO!! May as well just tie it into a bow!

Real men just wife the head with diesel and light it off!!!
Were you typed when you drunk that? :D

My wife used to cut my hair too,but after bleeding profusely from the ear after one of her hair cuts, I was all set with that. I heard she raised the amount on my life insurance before the hair cut!

My new commonlaw daughter is a hair stylist and the wife lets her cut her hair. holy **** son keep this one saving me a ton of money. she cuts mine too when everyone agrees it's time, usually that's after a 90mph boat ride and I look like Taxi Jim!

90 in a boat? What ya drivin there Willis!? I've been 70 and that was plenty fast enough for me lol

90 isn't fast ,that's pleasure boating. I use to race offshore

!
the viking in the back is 95,the twin90,the little voodoo front 65 which is a blast in that little guy!

kind of the reason I let my son do the fast car and truck stuff now, I'd have to go 200 in a car to get some adrenaline going!

As I slowly lose my hair, I haven't had a cut in over 5 years. And I don't do no Bitch Biscuit either! I wear a Patriot tail with Pride!

All I know is 70 on the water is pretty dang fast feeling! lol

The Mullet IS making a comeback. It's all over the internet. Google it.

I'm reverting back to my early years
my Mom gave me flat tops all the time...
High & tight baby...

I have a Wahl trimmer, several different depth attachments
& a cordless groomer/trimmer
I do my own usually
just a #2 - 1/4" tapperd on the sides,
around my ears & along the lower back/neck blended into the side
& #3 - 3/8" for most of the sides & rest of the back,
blend it into the top & neck
& a #4 - 1/2" on the top, sort of flat topped
or a #5 - 5/8" when I'm feeling sassy :poke:

when I was younger it was a tad longer

In my teens & 20's I had longer hair, close to my shoulders
parted in the middle, down past my ears on the sides

I've been doing my own now, since the late 80's,
my oldest sister taught/showed me how
I just have a little less hair on top now, I am 60 now after all...

I don't want to look like some ol' dude with long hair
still stuck in the 60's/early 70's, refusing to look "normal",
rebelling against something :poke:
I don't need no stinking barber !!!

Before that I went to the barber probably twice a month
$20 a pop, with a tip, sit & BS with the boys & barber
I was 30 - 40 years younger too, had a tad bit more hair...
I've always had thick head of hair...
But;
I didn't look like I was trying to be young,
NO 60's/70's throwback hippies, when I'm not one...

IMO there's nothing worse than seeing some ol' dude
that's obviously going bald, has very little hair on top,
but thinks he has a full head of hair,
with long hair down to the middle of his back or past the shoulders
& he thinks he's looking cool...
Very, very few people can pull off that look...
IMO most of them, that have it, aren't them people either...

Well, lucky for me at age 67, i still have a full head of blond hair on top of my cranium. lol
But my hair grows so super slow these days, due to a chemotherapy tablet, that i have to take every morning, helping me to stay alive.
I only need to be trimmed up every 10-12 months or so, to make me look neet again.
I doubt my barber lady is going to be able to survive this lock down, when all this is said and done, and the next time i need to be trimmed up, I'll be looking for a new shop, to go to.
Sad to say.

This going to be the new normal? Get your hairs cut and maybe much more at the boomerang shop? I wore a moderate mullet when that was in and later burned the photos of me taken sportin it...with my large tinted aviator glasses. If you were around in the 70's it was perfectly acceptable to walk around in clown clothes made of 250% polyester. A fad I hope won't come back...but hey I'm too old now to give a **** one way or other.
