I saw George in concert in the early ‘80’s! No warm up band, came out on stage, never said a word, a kicked *** for about two hours! Fantastic show. Also saw Stevie Ray Vaughn at about that time. Also kicked ***.

never liked Eric Clapton till I seen him in concert. That man jams for the people. 3 hour concert in syracuse ny

When I saw Stevie Ray he was warm up act for Men at Work, of all things. They were good, but he was off the scale. I’ve seen lots of the great guitar players and I’ve never seen anyone crank out amazing stuff effortlessly like he did. He was so calm, casual, relaxed, cranking out fantastic stuff.
