Hi guys,

could someone please post some measurements of the hood scoop position? for the twin hood scoops of 69 bee or Coronet RTs

Thank you!!!

Left one is a tad bigger than the right one... You'll need to find someone that hasn't mounted their scoops yet to get you a hole template for all the retainer studs.

There’s a place on line that’ll sell you templates that you just lay over the hood and mark your cuts and holes. The company name escapes me, but that’s probably for the best.
I paid the U.S. thirty something dollars for it. With postage and exchange I’m into it for about sixty Canadian dollars. What I got was only ONE template, on flimsy photocopy paper. A lot of money for what I got. I would have been perfectly happy if I received the two templates as advertised, as I was aware of the price going into it.
I see somebody on this site did post a diagram with measurements a while ago, perhaps they will see your post and send it.

I saw that template up for sale too. Think it's on partsmix. It's a few measurements only and with shipping and customs that piece of paper would cost me well over 100$...no.

Search posts on here. There is a perfect diagram here somewhere.

I have searches before but wasn't able to find it.

This gets me closer, thanks! Do you have it in higher resolution?

I bought that template while I was in Alaska for my 69 Coronet, used it and passed it on to someone in the lower 48. If I could remember who I sent it to, I would pass on there name. Put your request on the Want to Buy section here, maybe another generous soul will pass it on as I did. Mocajava
