Hey guys, got a question about my 70 roadrunner. It was a complete basket case when I bought it and the fender tag was missing. I am trying to figure out if the seats are the correct for the year because I can’t find photos of my seats. Would the seats in the photo be correct. The bracket for the buddy seat was welded to the original floor pan. All the photos I find are for high back seats.

thanks
JB

yes high back bucket seats are correct

Those look like 1968 Charger seats. 1970 to early 1971 B body seats are high back and are different than late 1971-up due to the metal release mechanism and seat back panel.

If you were closer, I'd trade you, I have an extra set of 1970 Charger seats.

No, those are not 70 RR seats. I'd suggest putting in the seats you prefer, whether the split bench or the high back buckets.

Where are you?

High back if it had buckets and not bench seats I will post a picture of mine

Anyone know about the buddy seat was it an option? Was it rare?

Not sure on the buddy seat, but the pic is definitely 68 seats.
