48, wow ! Wonder how old that flag is ? Cool 68 too !

Pre 1959... Pretty cool, A friend had the old 48 star flag from the county courthouse hung in his shop for years, unfortunately his shop was the local chrome shop & 50+ years of being exposed to the chemicals it fell apart where he tried to take it down after the EPA regulated his shop out of existence...

My guess it's about 1950-55 or older. Their old house they lived in was torn down due to area redevelopment about 1954-55. We live in their 2nd home which was built in 1955.

Enjoying the company of my wife's family next door at my wife's brother's house today. 3 Labradors having fun in and out of the pool, meat products on the grill, all good times.
Appreciating that I'm in "the country" to some degree, and not in a concrete and steel metropolis.
