Couple of odd things on that 73-

I'd bet the 400-2 was a whole engine replacement, or an upgrade from a small block.

Didn't see the inner fender and he didn't VIN the car.

Also odd for a 400 car to not have carpet.

It had AC and the base dash.
I don't think the base dash and rally dash (std on RR) can coexist.

I don't think that was a standard Satellite Sebring steering wheel.
Satellite yes, Sebring no.

My money says that was a base Satellite with a 400 transplant and RR parts swapped on.
