I have a complete Wood Grain Wheel out of a 67 R/T I had. Don’t need and plan to put it online for sale. Dont see any for sale to judge a price. What do y’all think good starting point would be. Needs to be cleaned up but Good driver quality or to restore. 2 cracks one on top, one on bottom. Few pits on spoke trim and believe horn pad has been dyed black.

I had one from a 1967 charger in extremely nice condition with near perfect spokes and center cap. The wood grain color was not dull and only one small crack.
A lot of “lookers” but couldn’t give it away for $200.

Those wheels just don’t command the same price as the 1968-70 woodgrain wheels.

The center button might be worth $100. If it was a Plymouth button I'd be interested if not faded or cracked.

I’ve seen several on eBay as recent as about a week or two at the most, might help you figure out a price. I recently began looking for one of these early faux wood whls for my ‘63 Polara, (not correct but bolts right up and looks cool). This design like you have was first available as an option in 1964 on the A bodies then, according to the tiny bit of information I could muster, these were added as an option in 1965 and went through 1967 on A and BBodies. MoPar did come out with a new design very early for the ‘67 models but dropped it quickly and went back to the one like you have. Good luck
