Speedmaster TorqueWorm LSD experiences?

I would assume they are on a Torsen design. They have worm gears instead of spider gears. I have one in my TVR and I love it as much as the sure-grip in my Mopar. Just like my Dodge, I can predict in a corner what will happen as I add power. With my TVR Diff, a form of a Dana 44, the bias (or whatever it's called) is adjustable. As I understand it, it can go from open, to fully locked. I believe the factory setting is 70/30, but I'm not sure exactly what that means. It works like a charm, so I'm not messing with it.

This one from dr diff looks like it might be made by them.

I like it ! Nothing to wear out . Unless you never change the gear lube, and probably no additives needed . Are they expensive ?
And just wondering if this could be used in a front diffential of a 4x4?

Didn't see anything for the 8 3/4 but they listed for the 9 1/4, Dana 44 and a couple of others for Mopar. Anyone have any experiences with the TW LSD?
Well it's a moot point now... they are back up to $475, when I called them again this morning I got the same tech that couldn't help. He was apologetic that the other guy never called be back.
So I went with a know commodity...I called , well emailed Cass since he isnt answering the phone and ordered my Power Lock & Gears..should be in next Monday!!!
So what do you want for lunch that Saturday????

Speedmaster had them (D60) on sale for $287...Was going to buy one as price was right...just couldn't get any details from them about it...They are back to their regular price now.

Well that sucks. And right now I'm swimming in deep water with my own junk plus that danged road runner is back. Was here for a simple carb tune he thought but it turned into much more. Something is knocking now after he installed a new carb and didn't know how to open the electric choke when it wasn't hooked up. The oil in it smells more like fumes from the gas tank. This guy doesn't know much about cars....but he's trying and learning the hard way lol
