every morning on the elevator Bill would tell his coworker Sally that her hair smelled really nice. This went on for a while and finally Sally went to HR to complain. HR listened and then agreed that although it was a bit inappropriate, Bill was just giving her a complement. Sally got upset and explained to HR that Bill is a midget.
