68-70 doesn't use snaps... Those were stopped after 67 model year... Does it have the proper clips or just the snaps?

All I see is the snaps in the package. I got this from a guy , closing his resto shop. It is new in package, labeled as shown .

My 3 70 Satellite drop tops all had the plastic clips except for two snaps, one on each end where the flap tucks in.

Yes. Looks correct. The snaps must be to convert it to the earlier use.
