Who has MOVED from their home state ? How difficult was it for you?

D) California Washington Oregon people say they hate & what they actually hate.png

Yep I’m in the small outline , because the Governor and Mayor are pussies.

I just read an article that said ( except for last year because of SOMEONE who had put a stop the the rampant immigration) California gets appx 170,000 moochers from OTHER COUNTRIES a year invading it.... Sounds great huh.....

Already many posts about politics in this thread.....how about toning it down. This is in the GF after all. :)

south jersey is actually pretty nice (anything north of Atco is north jersey lol)....the further south, the better
Yea, until the asshole tourist invade for the summer. I don't understand why if they call it tourist season I can't shoot them!

I left **** hole New Mexico in 1998 and never looked back. If my employer makes the “work from home” permanent, I might consider moving again. For now, Arizona is where I’m raising my family.

Politics are a big reason that people are moving out of state.
It is 90% of the reasons for us.
I'm tired of the high prices of everything.....which is a result of piss-poor government.
I'm tired of seeing unlimited homeless dirtbags setting up camps everywhere...the result of a piss poor government that tolerates it.
I'm tired of a heavily one sided government that does not represent me or my interests since I am not a criminal, gay, or from South America.

I know what you mean. We get asshole tourists (with NJ license plates) flocking north to Cape Cod in the summer. :D

Try living in Illinois..!
My folks are here and family and I’ve hit the boiling point ... but family wins. I’m Tennessee dreaming all the time, house in the hills and peaceful way of life.. a place where nobody wants to mind my biz hopefully.

Just avoid Nashville, Mobile, Chattanooga and Knoxville.

I didn’t see Memphis On the list, but I’ve been there IB. I personally have grown to not like a lot of folks... wife says I’m a crab monster. I just can’t stand stupid ****** folks wanting in my business.

I am not anti social. But...IF my nearest neighbor is about 5-10 miles away, then all is good!

Advice: If you have spent your life in the burbs or even city, realize living in a very rural areas is a big change!!! It is a whole nuther world! Being retired would help greatly! And rural Il. is way different than the rural hills of Tn. Ky. W, Va. etc etc

We just finished moving from villa park il to Prescott valley AZ. Distance made the move very expensive and we sold most of our furniture. It was worth every penny ! It took us almost two years from the time we decided to build here, so it was a lot of work and stress. But we had a lot of good times in between.

Lucky Bastid!!
