I am calling all the date code experts here. I am just wondering what year this space saver collapsible spare tire is, sorry I'm still learning and am not too good with date codes yet. This will be for sale for $450 after I get the year of it so I can post it if anyone is interested before I do that.....

Year............ 77/87
Month.......... 8
Day............. 9

I am no expert, but the 70 challenger had a space saver spare.

Show the tread it looks like Mid 70’s Not a hi dollar unit.

what size it the tire? No muscle car mopars had 15” space savers.

1977, most likely Camaro or Firebird. Not high dollar as mentioned above

Lol…. Sorry…. Yeah I was thinking firebird/Camaro because I know a lot of the late 70’s came with a space saver (Camaro and firebird) and it’s a 77 wheel. and did not look at pics…. Guilty!!!!

As already mentioned, tire size is key. All e-body space savers were 14” and came with BF Goodrich tires. The Goodyear tire you have is a dead giveaway that it didn’t come out of an e-body. If it’s a 14”, it probably came out of an F-body. People will still buy it for their E-body, either not knowing or not caring, but it isn’t a high dollar part IMO.

The tire is a F78-14, we got it from our late friend who has since passed on who he had a 73 Charger. I do not believe he had it in that car, I think (but not sure) it was from a parts car
