First, that car is a CorOnet, not a Cornet. I see people spell that wrong and wonder how they do that when badging and emblems on the car are easily visible to guide them.
Secondly, the new bolt pattern is metric and as mentioned, there is a slight difference from the common 5 on 4 1/2" bolt circle that our cars have. Yes, they would be okay to use for moving the car around but since the lug holes are not centered on the lug bolts, they stress and bend the lugs when tightened to spec. Radial runout isn't the issue, it is that lug bolts, as others, are not intended to be clamped at an angle. I don't know how long one could drive on them without a failure but it theoretically could happen.
Also, the design looks terrible compared to a classic wheel!
