Hello All, I need some help before I loose my Mind. I have a 1968 GTX, QQ1 exterior color,
and my Trim code is S6B. I have to spray my Dash pad, Console, and B-Pillar covers, along
with the vinyl dash pieces the darker color as seen in this photo. The console and the B-Pillar
colors look good, but they painted the Dash pad, Glove box, and dash piece Bright Blue Met.
My Dash pad is in great shape, along with the other parts, but they are discolored from the sun. How do I find the correct color for these pieces? I've been scouring the net for two days.
Also, I have some Bahama Blue Lacquer paint left over from my dash, and I need to spray
the two hard plastic defroster vents on top of the dash. I want good adhesion, and Lacquer
thinner doesn't seem to touch these! Thanks for the help!!!

Herbs parts paint is right on the mark !!!....they have color chart right on the website per year

Yes they do! Not the correct color for the dash pad and parts. I bought two cans of metallic blue
for 1968 and it's the same color as the seats. Too bright. That's what's in the pictures above. Looking
for the darker color on the B-Pillars and the console. Thanks anyway!

Just got off the phone with Jaime at Kolor Korrect in Jersey. She seems to think it's Bahama Blue.
Going to send her some pic's. We'll see!

I have a printed original and nothing about the secondary color. Here's a pic of the underside of my Dash Pad.
The Dash Frame is Bahama Blue.

Mailed off my original vinyl arm rest pad to Vinyl Pro in Marietta Ga., so they could color match
it with SEM vinyl paint. 1 quart will be around $100.00. Another headache fading into the darkness!
Hope this helps someone else!

Man, I wish I would have thought of it, but Terrace Company next door in Villa Park does color matching :BangHead:
