i sold a bunch of 64 savoy parts to a guy in iowa 2 weeks ago, there was a complete steering wheel colum with the steering wheel attached i messaged him to see if he would sell it, there may have been the one your looking for in some of the boxes mixed with other 64 savoy parts.
