A few years ago I purchased a complete stainless brake line kit from Inline Tube. Just insalled it and found that one piece was wrong. The shortest line from the distribution block to the left front wheel. I contacted them via E-Mail and asked if I could purchase the short line from them and this was their answer:" Unfortunately we are only offering complete vehicle brake line kits that include that line. We are working toward making smaller kits available, so maybe check back in a few months". I just took them off of my Christmas list!

I'd just make it. I like their stuff. Its not perfect, but close enough.

I had a problem with one line in a kit. I called them and explained what was going on. They asked me if I had the old line which I did. I took pictures and measured it as instructed. They sent a replacement line which fit. The front parking brake cable was another story. I had it for a long time before installing on my restoration. First time I used it the end popped off the braided cable. I called them as I felt it was a safety issue. All they said was sorry you have had it to long.

Yeah, I had the kit for a while, but I just think it's shitty customer service. Everything in the rest of
the kit fit perfectly, so I think whoever picked the kit screwed up! I just went on Flea Bay and bought a
25' roll of 3/16" stainless tubing from, . . . . . . Inline Tube! WTF! I'll bend and flare my own for $26.00.

Dr Diff sells smaller line kits.

I think emails often fail to adequately describe the issue/conditions at hand.
Human interaction may work better for you. I would definitley call and try to get a manger to explain your predicament.

I had a fuel line from them for a project. Took some time until I needed it. It was kinked, out of the box, so I called them. They said it was too long ago to warranty it. I just deal with Right Stuff now, and have had No Problems with their items, or their customer service...

Hmmm, the lesson is to open the packages when they arrive for inventory and inspection.
I agree. Years ago I ordered some parts, didn’t open up the box for about a year. They had sent a notice to check your parts when they arrive. The part was not correct for my year. I called and they let me return it and sent me the correct part. Since then I check the shipment when I receive it .

Yeah, the long term projects really put a kink in checking parts fitment! I have a brand new set of "Fuzzys"
that probably fit a Charger or something else that I had to re-purchase. Bought them in the 90's! Ha! Now
I'm more careful, but the shipping is killing me.

In-line tube has been off my Christmas list for years too! Hide behind their e-mail, don’t want to hear it when their parts are wrong, and then don’t want to correct the situation. And to top it off they always leak. Most importantly they think the customer is wrong! The same customers that actually own these cars and wrench on them every weekend. My two cents.

Sign of a drop shipper?

I have used Inline Tube without any problems whatsoever. I bought the wrong kit, returned it for the correct one and experienced great service.

Unlike myself, you returned it in a timely fashion.
I believe they make all of their pieces themselves, so it wouldn't take much to "grab" one off the shelf.
