Ok I know they are different cars. Different body styles and all. But here is the scoop. I’m looking for a complete aftermarket ac system for my 71 roadrunner. And I’m looking at the instructions and videos online. Do these to cars share the same firewall. They are very very close looking. Before I order a Vintage air kit for a 71 cuda to use on my roadrunner I thought I would ask some advise.

Everything will work except the control. Will have to do some custom work there but has been done.
A lot of the front end of these cars are the same. Firewalls are real close.

Any way you could recall someone here doing it so I could maybe check out a thread on it?

You should try calling Vintage Air before just ordering the kit and see if they have some suggestions for you or could make you up a kit with different controls. Also take a good look at the e-body firewall vs the b-body because you will likely need to make a custom block off plate and mounting for the hvac box. I have done a VA kit on my Dad's 74 Cuda and a custom set up on my 72 SSP and it shouldnt be a large leap to adapt the e-body kit

Thanks. I have ordered the cuda kit. Have everything in expect the evap kit. Due by end of January. Ordered everything from Rex at Affordable Street Rods. Had everything in stock except the evap kit. He had the evap kit ordered since October so he is beating Vintage Air 18 weeks time line.
