I ordered the Hotchkis rear leafs and hangers for my 66 Charger but noticed they don’t differentiate between the Plymouth and Dodge models so I don’t understand how they make up for the difference in spring hanger length. They have offered this kit for ages so I can’t imagine this issue hasn’t come up in the past. Does anyone have any knowledge on this subject?

Not being a wise ***, because I don't know for sure, but could the springs & hangers be the same between the two, & just the chassis length different? I would like to know the answer too.

I know there is a difference in wheelbase length for the E bodies, 65 back B's can't remember if they did it on the spring length or the hanger but there is a difference. No clue on 66 and up B though.

I believe the Dodges had the longer wheelbase, but the length difference was in the floor pans, not the springs or front spring mounts, for all years.

68-70 Dodges have a 1" longer front spring attach bracket, to give them the longer "wheelbase" than a Plymouth. Not sure if such happened in '66.

The floor pans are identical. The wheelbase is longer because of a longer front hanger

It was the same in 66-67 but Hotchkis only makes 1 hanger
