I remember long ago, there was a similar car running the streets in nearby New Westminster, but he had a unique custom touch - a replica hood molded from clear acrylic so you could see the Hemi, a different take on 'Hemi Under Glass'. It even made it to a magazine article sometime in the 1980s but I haven't been able to find it in my stacks...
