When you put air in a tire it’s the piece “stem”where you put the air in

That's kind of what I thought you meant but wasn't positive. An auto parts store or tire shop will have them & may lend the tool to install them. If you are looking for factory installed type, I don't have an answer for that. I do know that some are not quality pieces though. Don't ask how I know
