This Charger at the bottom sure brought a nice buck.
I thought all the power wagons went to cheap.I was watching these go in real time. Was floored by the prices on the whole auction.
I thought the same thing but hell what do I know.79.5 large for a car that needs another 75 put into it to make it worth 85 large. Yeah, that's a smart move.
I didn't think so. They were pretty rough. Some of the flat fender ones that were cheaper were not power wagons either. They were GMC's.I thought all the power wagons went to cheap.
I just posted the Power wagonsI didn't think so. They were pretty rough. Some of the flat fender ones that were cheaper were not power wagons either. They were GMC's.
Well the power wagon pickup you posted is not a power wagon. I was bidding on it. Look at the nose and hood compared to the others. Flatter top and not rounded.I just posted the Power wagons
I thought it was strange looking, lol. It doesn't matter now as neither of us bought any, thank gooodness.Well the power wagon pickup you posted is not a power wagon. I was bidding on it. Look at the nose and hood compared to the others. Flatter top and not rounded.
But just opinions on value. Mobridge SD is the literal middle of nowhere. So getting them home is definitely gonna add a lot of fuel expense to the price.
I posted this one on forebodiesonly, I guess Im a switch hitter now between the B and E bodies. This is super cool.@Duda thanks for sharing
I forgot the auction was even going on
I'd just be lurking anyway
unless I saw a 68 D-100 Sweptside V8 (pref. 383)
or 68-71 W-100 PowerWagon complete as possible
for a good price, & not a rust bucket or RATS Nest
At least he didn't bid on it and get the buyer crazy sindrome and bid on it for 79K, lol.I was going to sell my 70 V code Charger R/T for 35k right when the scamdemic started, sure glad the guy backed out when the shut his restaurant down the day before St Patrick's Day in Boston! I would have been kicking my own *** after seeing how utterly insane Charger prices have gotten! Almost 80k for this car,as cool as it is is just fuckin crazy! My friend signed up to bid on those cars, and I told him that there weren't going to be any deals on the muscle cars. He thought that he was going to grab that Charger R/T for 20k! Lol
Lol, everything is like that. I buy Bucket rucks from the auction for 10K to 18K now they are 50K to 80K for junk.He wasn't bidding over 30k on the car. After that he was out. He was on the road so I told him what the final number was for the car! When I told him that it went for 79.5k he couldn't believe it went that high!
I believe the Charger was posted all over Social Media weeks before the auction even started. The other part I believe is the Charger was posted on YouTube as well. Here's the link:That VanderBrink gal gets top money at her sales. I don't know how she markets, but she gets the money.
She had a sale of a defunct Chevy dealer in Nebraska a few years ago. The cars were outside in shelter belts in a humid area. They were rusty to the door handles and still brought stupid money. Yes, they were low to no miles on them, but the weeds hold moisture and ruin cars.
