63 Plymouth Savoy motor and transmission questions

hi all
I might get this all messed up-hoping this the right place to ask quesyion on a build that im doing.Its a 63 plymouth savoy putting a 413 bored 60 over with
max wedge in-take ,heads and maniflods. would some one email me- because its a question that i need to ask and it is somewhat (long) about cam and torque convertor problems im having with it./
