WTB Dash Mount U-clip and bolt

I am looking for one of the u-clips and bolt that is used for bolting the top of the dash in at the bottom of the windshield for a 68 Coronet. Picture of one installed. Only one was rusty to the point that I could not get the bolt out when I removed the dash 10 years ago. Thanks!

I need both the bolt and the clip. The bolt is only about 3/16 diameter. Smaller than I could find at any local stores.
