My Dad and I are rebuilding his 1968 Charger with a 383. has been in storage since 1975 and in great shape. We removed the AC because it didn't hold a charge and he has no intention of replacing it. After lots of research I see alternator brackets to line it up with the water pump.
This option looks like it will also interfere with power steering pump and cause another issue. Has anyone else had this issue and know a solution to it? Any pictures would be extremely helpful and I can post some if needed. It seems like both belts will line up on the same pulley if we modify the alternator mount or hit the water pump if we change the pulley. I have not seen a thread that addresses this issue, so Sorry if I missed one.
Thanks in advance for your time and Knowledge!

You guys will be way better off to remove all your AC pulleys and brackets and put on the non AC parts. Then it will all line up and fit correctly.
