1971-74 Front Bumper Brackets

Are 1971-74 front bumper brackets the same or are they different for each year. I have some 1973 front brackets and was wondering if they will work on my 1971 Super Bee? Thanks for any help.

Nope they are different.. 71-2 will work. 73-4 are longer due to the bumper fillers.. If I remember the holes in them are also located in different spots.. I know e bodies are like that..

73/74 mounts/holes are 3/4 inch lower because of ISO K frame.

I think you can make the 73 Brackets work by grinding the slots but I have a set of 72 if interested.

As mentioned, the length is not really the problem but the height due the diff frame rail height for the iso assembly on 73+ K members. So, no, it won’t work with any kind of mod on them because the shape is diff to meet the frame rails accordingly.
