AAR fiberglass makes one, $180 U.S. , but it is NOT very accurate. It would need a gasket, and the water vents are missing.
An A12 expert will spot it as a repro from across the parking lot, anyone who doesn't know A12s won't care if it's "right" or not.

shakerhood (on eBay ) has a very nice metal repop of the A12 base, $899.

Forget what I said about Summit selling them - I misread your post. They sell the lid that goes on top but not the base plate that I know of.
However I will say still that they’re out there. Steel as original is going to cost you but of course fiber glass is much cheaper and more easily found. Try Year One as I know one of the big guys did sell them - I was contemplating buying for my six pack but didn’t like the fiber glass part. Check Facebook Markets, EBay, etc. You’ll find one.

Summit sells a non fresh air metal version (generic) that may be out of stock.
They won't have an A12 base.

In my case I'm fine with that aar repo cause I've to cut it for my 4bbl project. It's that function with my A12 hood what I'm looking for . So I don't want to spend much money for a base plate.

Okay, you've got a four barrel that you are trying to seal to a sixpack hood/scoop.
I've seen that done multiple ways. I've seen Giant cake pans with a rubber seal added. I've seen plates riveted to the base of a drop base aircleaner bottom (held in place by the element and top piece, sealed to the hood with foam. I have two done that way, one for a single four, one for a maxwedge crossram.
(Strangely enough, in MY case, in both situations my car ran harder at the dragstrip WITHOUT the seal to the hood. It may have been a carburetor calibration thing, but an A/B test, with or without the pan, without was faster.)
Frankly, the cake pan setup was very cleanly done, did not look at all like what it was.
