The prize is the Dana housing... Assuming it has caps & no bearings spun...

Parts car. Parts car for @davek who is looking for fenders.

The blue Charger in the background is more interesting than this green derelict.

I’m curious, what was this car originally? (Besides green on green.) I’m tryin to look at the positive a little tooo much here, but I guess it COULD have potential, BUT its gonna need…. well EVERYTHING, and also cost ALOT. Better start orderin a lot of AMD. If its a 440-6pack or HEMI 4 speed Dana car then its PROBABLY worth restoring. Whats the plans for it? Probably best just to keep as a spare parts car, or send it to Mark Worman to put in his graveyard.

That looks like an XP 500 model. It could have had a slant six, 318 or 383. Fenders look trashed like the rest of the car. I like a challenge but THAT is a lot more than I'd ever take on!

I bought this one for $500. All the framerails, rockers, cowl and firewall are solid and usable. I already have most of the AMD tin to reconstruct the body.

To answer a few questions...it's a XP 500 model, 318 F8 green inside and out with a white vinal top. She's junk ...only the roof mite be salvageable as far as metal goes. Lots of good parts on it though. Has the small rear end unfortunately.

The Dana 60 housing is a good piece with it's caps, and very crisp numbers still on tube. No damage. It's a 68 and will eventually land in one of my cars, as I have everything but a ring and pinion to put it back together.

The blue 72 Rally 340 car I got last fall...I believe I had a thread on here somewhere about finding it with pics...if not I had listed it on here last fall with with pics in cars for sale...sure it's still there but closed.

Cheers! Enjoy the eclipse today...going right over my house!!

My red car started out as an F8 green 318 500 model with a white vinyl top too.

I paid $5000 for a wrecked '70 Charger in the Summer of 2019.
I've named the car Jigsaw because it has been reassembled from a variety of hand me down parts from several other cars...

That was a bargain when you bought it KD. I sold a 68 roller about 4 years ago for the same price that you paid. It recently sold for 17k.

Man.....my 64 Dart is....well, I like it lol but don't feel too bad about paying what I did.

Whenever I junk a rear axle and especially a 60, I save the caps. Yeah, they are like main caps for a block but sometimes ya get lucky and fit another rear. But I wouldn't buy one without the caps for much money unless the caps I had on hand fit. And yeah, had one that was really bad off with spun bearings not to mention bent and rusty. That whole 60 got scraped.

Looks like that Super Be that Birdsong turned into a racecar on Youtube. That was a total heap but he built a frame and got it running. Its still a heap but a cool one..
He calls it Super-BEEter.. LOL
