It's not an A/C car. Heater hoses not connected.
Hoses not connected means no heater at present.

Block-off plates on dash makes me think it wasn't an AC car originally unless that was changed.

Could you post a fender tag or broadcast sheet if available?
 
Nice looking car, love the color! When you get a chance, can you please post the fully restored pictures of the engine compartment and interior?
